Who can apply for a booth at Hanami Mkt?
We're excited to have a wider range of artist booths at Hanami Mkt 2024!
We welcome artists for both original and fan works, crafters, and cosplayers.
How much will booths cost?
Each booth costs $250
If you have secured a booth, full payment will be required by 1st November 2023.
What is included with the booth?
One 2ft by 4ft table table, two chairs and participation in the market-wide interstellar stamp rally.
Why has the booth price increased?
Due to past incidents, new venue requirements have been added. The extra funds will go to hiring a professional security team for the event, and crowd safety measures required by the venue.
Can I share my booth?
You may share your booth(s) with other artists. We do not limit the number of artists sharing a booth, however there should only be a maximum of 2 people behind a table during the event, for crowding / safety reasons.
Is there a theme / collab for this Hanami Mkt?
We are using the theme 'Interstellar' for Hanami Mkt 2024. Booths do not have to adhere to this theme, or to any specific fandom. We are using the theme to create a cohesive event experience through stamp rally redeemables and decor.
Can I sell (thing) at my booth?
Hanami Mkt team only prohibits the sale of any material / products that go against Singapore laws or endangers participants. AI-generated art or products derived from AI-generated art is not allowed to be sold at Hanami Mkt.
What can I expect if I secure a booth?
Confirmation & waitlist emails will go out by 25th October 2023.
If you have secured a booth, confirmation and full payment will be required by 1st November 2023.
Waitlisted applicants will be notified of their application status by 5th November 2023.

Upon entry to the event, attendees agree to comply with the Hanami Mkt Code of Conduct and accept all of its conditions. Please note that failure to comply may result in ejection from the event, banning/blacklisting from future events or involvement of authorities where required.In event of incidents: Staff are on hand for assistance in any situation, but any civil or medical emergency is to be handled directly by the relevant authorities.Cosplay: Cosplay should be appropriate for the semi-public venue in which Hanami Mkt is held. Hanami Mkt and the venue reserves the right to request modifications to cosplays as necessary. If You refuse to make the modifications requested, Hanami Mkt and the venue reserves the right to refuse entry and/or eject You from the venue. Generally, if You should not wear Your costume in public transport, You should not wear it to Hanami Mkt.You agree that any violation of this Code of Conduct which involves activities prohibited by law will result in the notification of the proper authorities. This includes actions that endanger the health & safety of event participants, aggressive actions towards event participants, offensive behaviour, indecent exposure, and outrage of modesty.Hanami Mkt, its volunteers and associates, and the venue will not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury sustained entering or within the premises during the event.
