Who can apply for a booth at Hanami Mkt?
We're excited to have a variety of artist booths at Hanami Mkt 2026!
We welcome artists for both original and fan works (for new and old fandoms), crafters, and cosplayers.
How much will booths cost?
Each booth costs $250
If you have secured a booth, full payment will be required within 1 week of confirmation.
What is included with the booth?
One 2ft by 4ft table table, two chairs and participation in the market-wide stamp rally. Table cloth or power outlet is not included.
Can I share my booth?
You may share your booth(s) with other artists. We do not limit the number of artists sharing a booth, however there should only be a maximum of 2 people behind a table during the event, for crowding / safety reasons.
Is there a theme / collab for this Hanami Mkt?
This year our theme is 'Dreamscapes'.
Booths do not have to adhere to this theme, or to any specific fandom. We are using the theme to create a cohesive event experience through stamp rally redeemables and decor.
Can I sell (thing) at my booth?
Hanami Mkt team only prohibits the sale of any material / products that go against Singapore laws or endangers participants. AI-generated art or products derived from AI-generated art is not allowed to be sold at Hanami Mkt.
What can I expect if I secure a booth?
There will be 2 rounds of initial confirmation emails:
28 September 2025 & 12 October 2025
Waitlist emails will go out on 12 October 2025.
If you have secured a booth, confirmation and full payment will be required within 1 week.
Waitlisted applicants will be notified of their application status by 31 October.

⟡ Code of Conduct ⟡

Upon entry to the event, attendees agree to comply with the Hanami Mkt Code of Conduct and accept all of its conditions. Please note that failure to comply may result in ejection from the event, banning/blacklisting from future events or involvement of authorities where required.In event of incidents: Staff are on hand for assistance in any situation, but any civil or medical emergency is to be handled directly by the relevant authorities.Cosplay: Cosplay should be appropriate for the semi-public venue in which Hanami Mkt is held. Hanami Mkt and the venue reserves the right to request modifications to cosplays as necessary. If You refuse to make the modifications requested, Hanami Mkt and the venue reserves the right to refuse entry and/or eject You from the venue. Generally, if You should not wear Your costume in public transport, You should not wear it to Hanami Mkt.You agree that any violation of this Code of Conduct which involves activities prohibited by law will result in the notification of the proper authorities. This includes actions that endanger the health & safety of event participants, aggressive actions towards event participants, offensive behaviour, indecent exposure, and outrage of modesty.Hanami Mkt, its volunteers and associates, and the venue will not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury sustained entering or within the premises during the event.
